Nursing Diagnostics LLC is recognized by the Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) as a participating provider in the DPP program, and uses the curriculum recommended by the CDC. Approved by CMS.

A Trained Lifestyle Coach

The core of the National DPP is a CDC-recognized lifestyle change program that offers participants a trained Lifestyle Coach, CDC-approved curriculum, and in-person group or online support over the course of 1 year

Getting Active, Eating Well, Stress Management

Physical activity, eating well and managing stress can help prevent or delay type 2 diabetes with tools  and resources to help you stay on track 

Decrease your risks

Diabetes Prevention Program may help to decrease the risks of additional related health challenges:

  • Heart attack or Stroke
  • Blindness
  • Kidney failure
  • Loss of toes, feet, or legs
